How to Request a Dedicated Email Address for Invoices

Step-by-step guide for Wunderloop customers to change their invoice email address securely using Intercom chat or the RFQ Support Question form.

At Wunderloop, we understand that you may prefer to have your invoices sent to a specific email address (such as your accounting department or a dedicated billing alias) rather than your primary login email.

To ensure security and verify your identity, requests to change billing details must be made while logged into your account. Please use one of the two methods below to submit your request.

Method 1: Via Live Chat (Intercom)

This is the quickest way to get in touch. Because you must log in first, our support team automatically verifies your identity.

  1. Log in to your account Visit the Wunderloop login page here: https://wunderloop.de/app/login-email and log in with the account you used to place your Request for Quotation (RFQ).

  2. Open the Chat Widget Once logged in, locate the chat icon (Intercom) usually found at the bottom right of the screen.

  3. Send your Request Send a message stating the new email address you would like us to use.

    Template: > "Hello, I would like to update my billing preferences. Please send all future invoices to: [Insert New Email Address Here]."

Method 2: Via the RFQ Support Form

If you are viewing a specific project or RFQ, you can use the direct support button associated with that request.

  1. Log in to your account Visit the Wunderloop login page here: https://wunderloop.de/app/login-email.

  2. Open your RFQ Navigate to your dashboard and click on the specific RFQ for which you are requesting invoices.

  3. Click "Support Question" Look for the Additional Actions section on the right-hand side of the screen. Click the button labeled "Support Question".

  4. Submit the Form You will be redirected to a prefilled form. In the message content area, please specify the email change.

    Template: > "Please update the invoice recipient email for this account to: [Insert New Email Address Here]."

Note: Once processed, future invoices will be sent directly to the new address provided. You will continue to receive platform notifications and RFQ updates at your primary login email.
